{"id":163,"date":"2022-03-04T23:49:43","date_gmt":"2022-03-04T23:49:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.impactconnect.co.za\/?p=163"},"modified":"2022-03-10T10:27:52","modified_gmt":"2022-03-10T10:27:52","slug":"back-office-officer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.impactconnect.co.za\/?p=163","title":{"rendered":"Back Office Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We are seeking to recruit a Back Office officer to join our team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The role does involve a rotational shift pattern as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>08:00-17:00 (1x per week),<br>09:00-18:00 (3x per week),<br>16:00-00:00 (1x per week).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Process applications for the opening of new client\u2019s accounts into the Company\u2019s software.<\/li><li>Amend existing Client Accounts (i.e. Valid Documents, updated information).<\/li><li>Amend client\u2019s accounts (e.g. leverage, profile etc.) into the Company\u2019s software.<\/li><li>Process Power of attorney\u2019s sent by clients.<\/li><li>Provide information to Clients and prospects regarding the Company and guiding them on how to open an account.<\/li><li>Answer all emails received from clients regarding queries on account opening process as well as amending existing accounts.<\/li><li>Implement strong Know Your Client procedure to all potential and existing Clients.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Validate provided documentation with an independent third party electronic verification provider (e.g. World Check, etc.).<\/li><li>Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and update the Company\u2019s software about the collection of these documents.<\/li><li>Keep client records (i.e. agreements, ID documents, investor questionnaire, Know Your Client information) in electronic form.<\/li><li>Forward financial matters and requests to the Accounting Department.<\/li><li>Liaise with the Head of Back office for any queried issues.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>University Degree is an advantage but not a must.<\/li><li>Previous experience in a similar role<\/li><li>Excellent command of the English language.<\/li><li>Computer literacy with very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remuneration &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Competitive salary<\/li><li>13th salary<\/li><li>Provident fund<\/li><li>Medical insurance<\/li><li>Complimentary in house dining<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For inquiries please contact; Valentia Van Buren at; valentia@impactconnect.co.za<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking to recruit a Back Office officer to join our team The role does involve a rotational shift pattern as follows. 08:00-17:00 (1x per week),09:00-18:00 (3x per week),16:00-00:00 (1x per week).
